If you ask my friends, family and former colleagues to describe me, they would describe me as: enthusiastic, empathetic, reliable, problem-solver, structured, analytical and always positive.

My broad field of interest and expertise, natural empathy and analytical view allow me to understand business challenges in various contexts & industries quickly.

Next to my passion for marketing, I am a sports enthusiast. You will find me regularly on my racing bike, in my running shoes or with a padel racket. My master's thesis on sports marketing, my role as coordinator of mass running events and my job as marketing manager of the Quick-Step cycling team allowed me to combine both passions.

Did Nelson Mandela have a hidden growth marketing mindset?



After obtaining a Masters' Degree in Sports Management at Ghent University (cum laude) and a Masters' Degree in Marketing Management at Vlerick Business School (magna cum laude), I have had the opportunity to develop myself as a marketing consultant at The House of Marketing through various projects. Furthermore, after multiple guest lectures about inbound marketing & marketing automation, a passion for public speaking emerged.

The strategic and operational expertise I acquired was of great value for my next challenge: building the B2B/B2C marketing and brand activation team at Energy Lab, a fast-paced Belgian scale-up.

After noticing the increasing need for pragmatic and tailored marketing advice, I launched a marketing agency in 2020. In the course of the first three years, we helped over 50 entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs in setting up and/or improving their marketing activities with a thoughtful, yet always pragmatic approach. We guided them with: defining their needs, building and implementing a strategy, coaching teams and achieving long-term results together.

To go a step further, I have launched an e-commerce business to gain an even deeper and better understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs are facing today.

In every project I've been involved in, one lesson stood out: The stronger the collaboration between sales and marketing, regardless of company size or industry, the more the organization's bottom line grew. Employees were more satisfied, and customers were happier. Recognizing this, I deep-dived in Sales & Marketing Alignment. This deep-dive enables me to guide entrepreneurs, sales, and marketing professionals in achieving sustainable and unified sales & marketing.
